Retreats

We envision two types of retreats.

First, The Master’s Inn is the perfect gathering place for groups of six to twenty persons. It is a Christ-centered venue with twelve rooms (20 beds) where time can stand still.

Indeed, twelve (12) seems to be the perfect number per Jesus Himself. Either twelve couples, or twelve men or twelve women.

Secondly, The Master’s Inn is perfect for a personal retreat, sitting in a rocking chair with the Master by your side.

We recommend three days. Why? On the Third Day, miracles happen!! Eternity cannot be micro-waved.

  1. Twelve (12) year old Jesus was ‘lost’ for three days in His Father’s house (Luke 2:46).)

  2. Jonah was in the belly of the whale for three days. (Jonah 1:17).

  3. Jesus Himself was in the grave for three days. “For as Jonah was in the belly of the great fish for those three days and three nights, so will the Son of Man be in the heart of the earth for three days….” (Matthew 12:40).

So, Jesus Himself is the Master who will be found in one of several rocking chairs on a porch. Or maybe in the Mulligan Room, or maybe the kitchen, or even the Board Room where He leads a discussion for your group.

Of course, He is the Caddie Master for golfers, and the Master Guide on the lake. The Master will show you the Master Plan. His first words to disciples was simple…. Follow Me… Come and See.
